ABOUT ME
A stable individual usually in a state of flux.
Recently credentialed in the arts and sciences of information currently working in the traditional site of the exchange of ideas (a wonderful watering hole in Ann Arbor serving only the finest classic cocktails and best brew Milwaukee has to offer alleybarannarbor.com).
A lifetime Michigander residing my way around the mitten and the upper pennisula using America's high-five as the home base for further travels. My home is dear to me and if you give me the slightest encouragement and time I'll babble about energy and environmental policy and the potential in Michigan to preserve our water and land while bringing a new lucrative industry to our state. Also, I prefer most things north of Clare.
I bike; I read; I bake; I drink.
I enjoy adventure and fireworks.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Though I've only used the network to meet wonderful people and utilize a couch once, I am no stranger to strange couches.
I'll entertain and clean your kitchen if I can sleep on your couch.
I would absolutely love to guide you around the cities of Ann Arbor and Ypsi and their bars.
Also, you should probably just email me at boombostick27@gmail.com because I am terrible at responding to CS messages.

Music, Movies, and Books
These things are good. (Movies, Music, Books to parrot the box before this box)
Examples:
Music:
At the moment, I am in love with Frontier Ruckus, Andrew Bird, most things from the Hood Internet, Hard Lessons, K$sha, Man Man, Cotton Jones, Florence and the Machine, Rod Stewart, Dolly Parton, TV on the Radio, John Cale, David Bowie, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Oh My God,... I love rock music in general, pop music when it is especially pop-y, electronic music when it makes me dance, folk music when I feel like it. Going to shows and festivals is one of the best things in life.
As I may one day write for a living I try to expose myself to vast quantities of quality literature. Currently, I'm reading environmental economics texts like The Ecology of Commerce, boozy tomes by Michael Jackson and Dale DeGroff and David Wondrich and fiction that supports the construction of my own reality like Tom Robbins tales and the adventures of one Scott Pilgrim. I enjoy John Irving, Robert Wright, Chuck Palahniuk, Dr. Hunter S. Thompson and Chuck Klosterman.
