Je m’appelle Bora. Je suis actuellement à Paris. Je suis étudiant en master à l’EHESS. J’habite à Cité Universitaire, c’est pourquoi je ne peux pas vous héberger.

J’ai participé deux fois aux chantiers d’été Emmaüs à Toulouse (2 périodes de volontariats pendant 4-5 semaines pour chaque fois). J’ai fait également deux fois petite voyage d’Europe après Emmaüs.

En outre il y a 2 ans, j’étais étudiant d’Erasmus pendant deux semestre à l’université Paris Diderot.

J’aime bien voyager et rencontrer les gens locaux où je visite. J’adore cuisiner. J’aime découvrir les cultures différentes.

Hello everyone! I'm Bora from Turkey, currently studying in master at l’EHESS Paris.

2 years ago and last year, I worked for a charity organisation named Emmaüs in southern France. I was also student of Erasmus during a year in Paris.
Meeting with local people who also worked there was an amazing experience.

Lastly, I love my own culture as well! I'd love to share my knowledge of the Turkish music, cuisine and culture with you!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love classical music. Also I like discovering different countries' folk music. My favourites are Ahmet Kaya, Fazil Say, Eddie Vedder...

As for movies, I prefer movies hard to understand, that requires much thinking to understand. I prefer festival movies. Xavier Dolan, Almadovar, Christopher Nolan are among my preferred directors.
