Overview
About Me
I am a philosophy undergrad from İstanbul. I have lived a busy life around my town and now I wanted to see as many places as I can. I'm an extrovert person. I like making jokes and seeing people laugh whenever I find the mood. I enjoy meeting new people and listen to different stories. I have a lot to tell. Sometimes I talk too much, and if it bothers you I recommend you talking much more than that hah!
I mainly like having conversations about non-material topics just like philosophy of mind, ethics, spiritualism, and psychedelics but any topic can excite me if it is interesting enough.
I like cats. I love cats. I adore cats. I worship cats! We have a ginger baby, his name is "İbo". You can see some pictures of him in the photo section, I highly recommend you to do it now!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Me and my lovely wife İoana are planning to see as many places around Turkey. While doing this, we would like to make new friends and share our stories with them.

Music, Movies, and Books
Currently I am a hardcore techno and house music lover. Monolink, Einmusik, Jonas Saalbach, KAS:ST, Space92, I Hate Models, Regal,
Besides, I've always been a huge fan of psychedelic, progressive rock. Camel, King Crimson, Yes, Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree, Aristocrats, Sweet Smoke, Soft Machine, Opeth, Tool, Animals As Leaders.
Honorable mentions: Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, The Who, Queen
I play drums. I also have a band playing psychedelic and progressive rock. Recently, I started learning electronic music production, but not gonna lie, I'm just a starter :)
I try to watch all kinds of cinema. But if I need to give some of my favorites, I would tell you some names: Haneke, Lanthimos, Noé, Carax Avranas, Bergmann, Aster, Vinterberg, Jarmusch.
I don't read much, but when I do, I mainly read philosophy oriented stuff. (The Hitchhiker's Guide to Galaxy, Dune, Walden, Nausea, Stranger)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Jumping over fences and nude swimming in the university's outdoor swimming pool at midnight because it was not allowed.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Turkish in exchange with learning your native language! Also, I am an ambitious drumming teacher, so if you are willing to learn, I can show you some tricks!
Other than that, I am a good cook, too. I can cook you Turkish food and show you how it's made.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Lots of jokes and laughs, my experiences, my music, Turkish food that I cook.
