Hello everyone! My name is Bora, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Couchsurfing community! I'm a recent graduate in Chemical Engineering with a passion for exploring diverse fields. While my academic background is in Chemical Engineering, I'm currently immersed in the fascinating world of History.

Ever since childhood, I've loved exploring new places and meeting people from different cultures. This love for travel and intercultural experiences only grew when I became an AFS & Erasmus exchange student and lived in Belgium for a year and a half. Living in a new country, speaking a new language, and learning about different traditions was an eye-opening experience that changed my perspective on life.

Through Couchsurfing, I've continued my love for travel and intercultural experiences. I've had the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and learn from their unique experiences. I try to surf whenever I'm abroad and open my home to travelers whenever possible.

When I'm not traveling or studying, I enjoy reading, cooking, and exploring new parts of my city. I'm always on the lookout for new adventures and opportunities to learn.

I'm excited to be a part of this community and look forward to meeting new people and creating unforgettable memories!

I am keenly interested in science, history, philosophy, and art. So I mostly read about those kinda topics. Tho not often, I also read novels from time to time.

I’ve hitchhiked from Türkiye to Georgia. The whole trip was in the black sea region so it was very mountainous and green. But I would like to change that by hitchhiking greater distances across the world :)

Saw a plane wreck underwater when I was scuba diving. It was kinda scary tho epic at the same time haha
