Hi my name is Boris, I am a traveller from Moscow,is doing yoga for 8 years now and am writing a book about the culture of different countries!

PHILOSOPHY

Now Yoga is my way of harmonious living through which I feel happy and free of all prejudices. With the help of yoga I have no boundaries in the knowledge of myself and development! When you opened the door to the inner world of the soul it is impossible to turn back because you are changed!
