About to kick off a trip to India and Nepal

ABOUT ME

Hey all, I am an independent traveller that loves basically everything outdoors and adventurous. I have a journalism and advertising background from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.Currently I am on a rather lengthy trip that started in Colorado, went through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and most recently New Zealand. From here, who knows where I'll be next but look forward to meeting many of you along the way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I am only able to surf couches obviously as I am traveling and do not hold consistent residence back in the states. I have been meaning to get into couch surfing for awhile though and have every intention of returning the favor when I get back!

Just getting started but plan to start surfing/hosting more starting...now!

Interests

Basically everything outdoors but specifically, running, hiking, camping, skiing (alpine/nordic), golfing, fishing, rock climbing.  Books and writing are alright too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

6 weeks in Africa and climbing Kilimanjaro kicked off my international travels and I have tried to best it each year since!
