When I was 17 I knew perfectly that I wanted to study far away from my region, so I came to Madrid. Then, when I got my Erasmus scolarship with 22, I realized that I wanted to move really far away, so I asked for Riga (Latvia) to know something really different from Spain: culture, weather, lifestyle, people, etc.

Right now I am working as an Engineer, but some day I will be able to say that Riga was not that far.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We host people because all of us love to travel and we like to know the places we visit in the better possible way, which is, in my opinion, hanging out with local people.

Everything can be interesting if the company is good. I like to talk with people from other places in order to learn about other countries

Teach, Learn, Share

I should be able to teach about engineering or any subject related with it because I am supposed to do it, but I prefer to talk about some common things about my experiences abroad or going out and walking around my city/country to show it to my guests.

What I Can Share with Hosts

In this step, I will also speak on behalf of my flatmates. We can offer not only a place to sleep but also someone to drink something and talk or have a walk around the city. We also can cook some typical Spanish dishes and, of course, we are ready to get surprised with the dishes that our guests prepare if they are able to do it ;)
