About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To turn Avignon into the new San Francisco, French-style!

ABOUT ME

We met at a cowboy themed party in San Francisco and a few years later got married. We lived in Boston for a couple of years, got sick of the weather and thought why not move to Provence? We hear it's sunny there. And so here we are...

PHILOSOPHY

Heaven is Apple and Hell is automated call centers (according to Marc)

Life is about the connections, however fleeting, you make with other people. It's also about having a damn good time! (according to Sarah)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We like to meet people and travel the world. Our hope is to try to return some of the hospitality that we've received over the years - we figure it's good karma.
Our religions are 1) Craiglist 2) Wikipedia 3) Yelp (or CitiVox as it's called in France) and 4) Couch-surfing of course

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far so good we've hosted a couple of people and surfed once (well Marc has) via the website. We're lucky to have friends scattered about the world and have had the pleasure to stay with them at various times - we've noticed that traveling is so much more fun when you have someone to show you a good time - so we'd like to do the same for others!
