well im born in england, grew up in australia and now live in denmark. hopelessly addicted to travel, nearly all my spare time and cash goes towards my next trip. i like a good chat, a game of chess and im a bit of a geek when it comes to language, i love to learn. im a teacher but also write a little on the side, my plan is to get into travel writing. i guess you could say im curious, about anything and everything

I love to read, mainly war fiction and non fiction and travel books. I like cooking, whenever I go somewhere new I try to learn a couple of dishes from the local cuisine. I'm into most sports, as I've gotten older I mainly watch now though ;) I still play football, cricket and tennis, sometimes squash and badminton when I can find the time. I've lately become a keen student of chess, always up for a game! I've always been health conscious, I'm very interested in 'alternative' health and nutrition, although I don't know why it should be classified as alternative because it's all natural. I like eastern European music and culture, particurlarly that from the Balkans. That's enough for now, let's leave something to talk about!

Skydiving over lake wakitipu, 'finding' a luge and racing a car down a quiet mountain road, being looked after by a friendly crook in a moroccan prison, many other things :)
