ABOUT ME

I signed up for couch surfing because my old roomate signed my couch up. I work for Harrah's Casino and work in their fine dining steakhouse as Sous Chef. I work all the time and like to meet new people. I am going to attempt to go back to college and get a business degree to supplement my culinary degree.

Kitchen Confidential, What Einstien Said to His Cook, Farenheit 451, Ishmael, those are some of my favorite books. My favorite movies are: Employee of the Month, Accepted, The 13th Warrior, National Treasure, Old School, Wedding Crashers, Cars. I like all kinds of music, even country.
