ABOUT ME

I am currently a undergraduate doing my exchange in Sweden for 1 year.

Before this, I am living all my life in this small little island called Singapore if anyone know where it is.

Not a complete party-goner, nor am I am considered a geek, but I often enjoyed having a coffee with friends or acquaintances.

Sleep is often something I treasure. Hence you can see I can always host people for sleepover, because definitely I will be sleeping every night (Like duh! :p).

NOTE: ONLY READ ON IF YOU CAN STAND THE BORING INTRO.

Technically, I am not studying now in Sweden. I am enrolled in a special program offered in my home university, to learn about Entrepreneurship.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have participated in CouchSurfing by hosting several couchsurfers in my room. I have planned to go on CouchSurfing soon myself to experience CouchSurfing as a guest myself. I must say that I am pretty excited looking forward to that!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think I have quite a few experiences hosting guests from all over Europe. And I simply like the concepts of couch-surfing.

I think that hosting other people really make me understand more about their local culture. As what others say, hosting is like traveling at home. I will never knew that most Polish must drink tea every night before they sleep. And their own opinion on their politics and history. I will never have learned about them even if I went traveling. CouchSurfing is a definitely unique experience for me thus far. :)

Interests

There are a few things which I enjoy.

I like marketing. A lot of people do marketing as a job, but for me, I am particular interested in it but not working on any marketing job. My area of interest is Social Media Marketing. I think that the emerging social media marketing really invoke my interest and it is so interesting to learn about consumer behavior and their reaction to my marketing campaign.

I do not watch television. I often watch video online. There is one particular show that I love. It is called 康

Music, Movies, and Books

I watched movies as a pastime. My personal favorite type of movie is those action-packed movie with really good special effect. Of course, I enjoyed to be entertainment by chick flick. Some of the movies that I think are good:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As a typical Asian, I think anything that I think consider amazing will be not at all interesting for people who are reading this, as they might have rich travel experience.

If there is one thing that I have consider regarding worth mentioning in my life, that is that I have served in my students' union for my home university for around 2 years, where I really fought hard for the student welfare in providing them with a better student lifestyle, more student benefits.
