About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Never Stop Moving

ABOUT ME

I have been on the road more or less non-stop for the last 8 years. Born in Dallas, university in Mexico, a few years in Central America , Asia, South America for a few years and now Spain. I am a teacher most of the time but I usually DJ on the weekends when I can get a gig.
I have tried to live each day as fully as I can, and so far, my regrets are few and far between.

PHILOSOPHY

pre-classic-post-modern

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been to several CS meetups in Seoul and spent a considerable time surfing through Mexico and Central America. I have had surf pads in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Mexico as well as Lake Atitlan Guatemala. Unfortunately, my time surfing was spent sharing the profile of one of my dear friends as we traveled together, I have only recently taken the time to set up my own profile.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have experienced some amazing people and places through CS. From hosting two to three people a week in an insane house in San Pedro, to hitch-hiking from Mexico to Nicaragua and crashing with amazing CSers along the way. CS has enriched my life in a considerable way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sneaking in to the Ruins at Palenque and climbing up into the temple of the moon to watch the sunrise of the summer solstice.
Living on a deserted beach in Western Mexico for a month and half when my van broke down on the way south. Lived on one-pot meals and a lot of paperbacks before we were able to get the parts we needed to keep moving.
