我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I took a meditation course in Cambodia where i meditated for eleven hours a day for ten days straight (110 hours of total meditation in ten days). This includes: no cell phone, exercise, talking, booze, music, writing/reading, etc. It was such an AMAZING and rewarding experience and likely the hardest thing i will ever do!
