My girlfriend, Meagan, and I are relocating to Austin from Asheville. We’re towing our teardrop camper; and are hoping to WWOOF and Couchsurf (more like driveway surf in our case!) along the way to to eat well, see off the beaten path places and make new friends. We’ll be traveling from January 10, 2016 until the second week of February on our way to a trade show (Pollstar Live! 2016) in San Francisco! Our travel plans are very flexible; visits could range from a few hours to to a day or three. We wouldn’t need lodging but an extension cord for our heater would be awesome if it’s cold!

I used to host TONS of surfers back in the day, but have never actually surfed!

Interests

I’m a concert promoter, author and academic. She has a background in massage therapy and is an Aveda-certified cosmetologist, but is ready for a fresh start in a new direction. I play banjo, among other things, and we’re working on our duets! We’re quiet and mellow – we go to bed early, are in a traditional committed relationship and already retired in our minds!
