Hi Everyone!

I'm originally from WI and went to UW for undergrad. Go Bucky! I love seeing all the other UW alums all over CO.

I am an avid sailor, and will be trying to get out sailing on the reservoirs most weekends. I used to own a 24' sailboat (J24) when I was in Philly, and have recently bought another and put it up on Lake Dillon. I always try my best to host other sailors!

I do a ton of trail running now that I'm in trail running mecca. I've started getting into climbing, but tend to only go at lunch with a work group.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been on CS since the old days. (Check my street cred: https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/1056503/profile/legacy)
While management has changed, and a lot of the old timers are gone, I still think the philosophy is more or less the same.

Nevertheless, I've met some great people through hosting CSers, and from being hosted. Until something bad happens, I'm not going to let a little website change stop that..

Anything with/by the Talking Heads, Kurt Vonnegut, or Liam Neeson.

I have my parent's old vinyl collection, so I spend a lot of time cooking or hanging on the porch and listening to 70s rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've drank moonshine rum in Puerto Rico. I can't tell you how or where I got it though ;)

I've jumped off a 40 ft. sea cliff in Makarska, Croatia and off an old battleship outside of Bimini, Bahamas.
