ABOUT ME

I am 23, and a native Vermonter--looking for some big adventure over the next few months. I have lived in Vermont my whole life, and am excited about getting out for a while. I did a sweeping tour of Europe on a trip abroad during college in 2008, and have been aching to get back ever since.

I am very easy going, and excited about making international friends, and establising relationships across Europe. I am a very open person, and welcome the opportunity to try new things. And on a completely different note, I am also absolutely looking for a good time. I love going out, and can't wait to explore off the beaten paths of Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this point in my life, I cannot personally offer my couch (if only I had a couch to give...), but I am happy to host anybody in Vermont and help to show them around. I am planning a backpacking trip from late August through the beginning of December this year though, and hope to be able to make some lasting relationships through couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One of the things I look forward to most about surfing is nights of staying up late, telling stories about life with new friends. One of the best feelings.

Interests

Hard to narrow down my interests into one box...but off of the top, I would include theater, travel, running and personal fitness, meeting new people, and movies.

I participate in the local theater scene at home (ok, and maybe one could call me a theater nerd). I also just recently ran a half marathon in Vermont--and hope to train to run a full marathon someday...maybe even try to get a race in while in Europe?? Really love movies and cinema as well, and try to be as much of a movie buff as possible.
