I'm a US-American living in Berlin, previously in Dresden. In addition to my obvious love of traveling, I enjoy bicycling and social environments. I enjoy talking about topics that can get philosophical or political, but also enjoy some simple comical topics.

I work in IT and moved to Germany not long after finishing my studies in the US. Now I work at a video game studio. I speak both English and German at a conversational level and enjoy, to whatever extent I can, helping people stuck in a language barrier between the two languages.

I've met a lot of people by chance during my travels that have made my trips more memorable, so I've decided to start using Couchsurfing to have more of those encounters more intentionally.
