ABOUT ME

Hey. My name is Brad. I'm from the United States. Born and raised in the state of Florida (Tampa, Tallahassee, and Jacksonville). Now I live in Savannah, Georgia. I'm a simple guy, with simple tastes (that means food and beer is most of what it takes to make me happy). My travels have taken me a variety of places including Jamaica, Mexico, Costa Rica, Spain, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Haiti, and Cuba.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently, I don't have any spare room for a CSer. I hope to just meet with people and get to know them. I also would love for the ability to couchsurf myself, getting to know new people, a new place, and new cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One time as a host while I was living in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Music (most varieties), traveling, backpacking (American and European styles), food, hiking, craft beers, regular local beers, food, meeting new people, comparative religion, more food, more beer, history.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: I love fiction books that are deeply rooted in history or historical events. Also, older science fiction (Robert Heinlein). And spy novels are normally a hit too (Stephen Coonts & John Grisham).

Movies: I'm a comedy guy mostly. RomComs are the best.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacking the Camino de Santiago. It was just an awesome month of meeting incredible (and not so incredible) people.
