Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I signed up years ago but I was always a bit too worried about what the experience would be like to give it a go. Recently I spent time with a friend who was hosting, and we had a great time with his guests so I decided to get over my worries and finally give it a try. Plus the best times I've had when travelling have been with locals who have shown me their favourite hangouts

Music:
My tastes are wide ranging and I can usually find some small niche that I like in any genre if I look hard enough, the weirder the better. I spend most of my time switching between chilled electronic stuff, hip-hop or hi-energy dance music.

The ability to make a meal out of pretty much anything - I'm a reasonably good cook but I don't usually follow recipes. As in life, I tend to make things up as a I go, using whatever is available
