I am a 22 year old guy from the UK. All my young adult life I have dreamt about getting out there and travelling. Although I have travelled via commercial companies in the past, I've come to realise that this is not for me. I want to meet the locals and see how they live their lives, and not just locals fellow travellers!

I am keen to see the world while I still have my youth and health. I am a hard working individual and I have been told that I have a friendly personality. Not really sure what else to say if I'm honest, you can only type so much about yourself.

Also if you're wondering why I'm not verified it's because I'm a student and can't afford it!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing for two reasons. 1) I read a blog about a young traveller who used Couchsurfing and he said it was a great way to meet new people all over the world!
2) Following on from number 1, I would love to meet new people all over the world and Couchsurfing seemed like a great way to do this.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if you'd count this as amazing but it is the proudest moment of my life. It was when I took part in my first Remembrance Day Parade in Belgium and I was chose to lay a wreath on behalf of my school and the war memorial in Ypres.
