I'm a passionate traveler/adventurer and love to seek new experiences and find challenges to push my self further to learn about the world, people and myself. I enjoy outdoor adventure sports such as mountaineering, kayaking and climbing as well as cooking, being around animals and meeting people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have joined Couchsurfing as I love to meet people, make new friends and share travel/life experiences. Couchsurfing allows people to really get to know the country/place in which they are being hosted in a way that just wouldn't be possible with conventional travel, i.e staying in hostels/hotels ect.
I have traveled to over 20 different countries and have met so many people who have told me about couchsurfing and all the great experiences they have had through it and the friends they have made.
Now that me and my partner are on our round the world trip we feel it is important to understand the places and the people we meet whilst being able to give something back, whether it be cooking a nice meal for our hosts or sharing a story

I love Pink Floyd, reggae and blues. There;s too many good movies to choose from but the Blues brothers has to be up there along with the Shawshank Redemption. My favorite book has to be the curious incident of the dog in the night by Mark Haddon
