I really love music (playing it, listening to it, discovering it, learning it). I am a busker at heart and want to explore this path a little more while I have the chance. For the past year I have been living in Wollongong studying creative writing at the University, but I have decided to defer for a year to travel, play music and connect with new people along the way :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy any kind of music really but my main interests are songwriters like Bob Dylan, Neil young, Paul Kelly, Sharon Van Etten, Leonard Cohen, Syd Barrett, Kurt Vile, Mac Demarco, Angel Olsen, Songs: Ohia.
The classical composer Erik Satie is also a favourite of mine: Gnossienne No.1!!

I pretty much like anything Joaquin Phoenix is in: Inherent Vice, The Master. David Lynch: The Elephant Man, Mulholland Drive. And Yorgos Lanthimos: Dogtooth, The Lobster.

My main interests in reading are poetry and song. Federico Garcia Lorca is one of my favourite writers: Poet in New York was an awesome read. I really get around 20 Love Poems and A Song of Despair by Pablo Neruda. I also enjoy reading anything by William Carlos Williams and Frank O'Hara.
