Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore, learn, and become more in touch with the people and places I encounter.
ABOUT ME
Love to travel, can walk and walk forever through a cool city or beautiful scenery, very social, like to be out and about, like to think hard and laugh hard, drink wine and cook and eat tasty food, very open-minded and relaxed in true west coast style!
PHILOSOPHY
I think that 'truth' is beyond us but out there anyway, that the world is crazy and impossible to grasp but that means we are all equal in our limitations, and that the path to perfection is to never try to be perfect!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
By hosting and crashing, and sharing my experiences with other surfers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Have finally surfed and hosted. Has been great and I am excited to carry on!
Interests
I am interested in people, the importance of place, the wonder of nature, and reflecting on the small moments and interactions that make up life. In university I study politics, law, urban design, history, and critical approaches to social issues.

Music, Movies, and Books
Pretty open-minded...I like epic, dramatic, sad movies; dancey, funky, rocky music; thought provoking, uniquely structured (and often short) books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled by train across Canada from Vancouver to Toronto to move to Montreal in 2012, and back in the other direction for winter holidays in 2013; the grandest, most beautiful, and most calming trips of my life. And a full double rainbow in the Rockies to boot!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a master of the work-life balance and being able to do all of the things I want to rather than getting bogged down in one part of my life. Something many people seem to struggle with so I would be happy to share my skills.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Serbia, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States
Countries I’ve Lived In
