CURRENT MISSION

To visit every country in Europe before I turn 30, however connecting flights in airports do not count and I had to have walked around the country.

ABOUT ME

While studying for my degree back home in England I flew out each summer to work at a summer camp in the states. My third summer after graduating university I flew out in May 2012 and worked my final season at summer camp as a Director of a high ropes course. In October 2012 I travelled to Jamaica and the Bahamas. I worked my first ski season in British Columbia Canada starting from December 2012 where I skiid and snowboard for the first time. I continued working at the resort and worked as a turf care technician at a golf course.

I'm now currently working as a mathematics teacher in a secondary school and I'm always thinking about the next place I'll be visiting during my time off.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't used Couchsurfing since 2013 but I'm keen to get back into using it again as a way of meeting local people who will know more about the area than what I can find on the internet. Due to work commitments I'm not travelling for long periods of time anymore and only for short stays in places I visit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skied and snowboarded in the Rocky mountains, travelled most the east coast of the US, visited Bob Marleys House, ran up the Rocky steps in Philadelphia. Hiked up the highest three mountains in the U.K

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach maths which I'm sure people wouldn't want to learn while travelling but I know a great deal about outdoor sports and I have plenty of stories to share from my travelling experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm really into healthy eating and fitness but I like cheat days just as much. I'm currently training to take part in a Tough Mudder challenge this September. I'm a very keen traveler who is open minded and eager to experience places I visit to their maximum potential.
