PHILOSOPHY

Love is the most important.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been a couch-surfer for several years now. Whenever I'm in a bind in a strange city, this community is always there, ready to take me in and share their world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Manhattan, New York, New York (USA) for a week.

A bus trip from Charlotte to Atlanta, then Cincinnati, and up to Chicago. I surfed in all of those locations but Charlotte.

Bombay (Mumbai), Maharashtra, India for 4 days.

Adelaide, Australia.

Interests

Reading good books, exploring the outdoors, meditation, healthy food, photography, exploring strange places, developing my skills, bonding with amazing people, and making life beautiful.

Here's that dusty blog again:

Snapped Ankles, Thievery Corporation, Flying Lotus, Goat, The Flaming Lips, The I.L.Y's, Bonobo, Nightmares on Wax, Animal Collective, Marconi Union, Little Dragon, Ross From Friends, Flume, Andy Stott, Rival Consoles, Four Tet, Wand

Movies... there are many good ones:

Mad Max; Fury Road, Django, Eternal Sunshine for the Spotless Mind, Cloud Atlas, The Fountain, Inception, War of the Worlds, Cloverfield, 300, Knowing, I am Legend, Star Trek, The Matrix, The Dark Night trilogy, AI, Heavy Metal, The Wall, Donnie Darko, Fear and Loathing, Charlie Bartlett, and The Truman Show all deserve a mention.

Adventure Time, Game of Thrones, Black Mirror, and Breaking Bad are some great series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Worked all sorts of jobs and traveled in Australia for a year.

-Traveled and lived in Southeast Asia as an English teacher for two years.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English :D

Also, I'm no chef, but I've worked in restaurants long enough to not burn down your kitchen if we decide to make something yummy.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can make a mean cobbler. Gluten-free to boot.
