Overview
About Me
Just recently moved back to Baton Rouge after having spent the last 18 months in Alexandria, LA. I've traveled around a good bit in the last couple of years and would love to continue to do so. I'm a landscape architect, but before that I was teaching English abroad. I don't believe in rushing through life, but enjoying it at my own pace. Hit me up if you have any questions, I'm an easy guy to get along with.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've had nothing but great times through Couchsurfing. I've met some amazing people, heard fantastic stories, and made quite a few friends. I've been travling around a lot, so most of my experiences have been surfing, but now that I have a place of my own and am "stuck" (but in the nicest way possible) in one place, I'm looking forward to meeting new people by hosting.

Music, Movies, and Books
I LOVE READING. Get me started and you won't hear the end of it, but here's a few of my favorite authors. Terry Pratchett, Erik Larson, Jeff Shaara, Capote, Bradbury, H.G. Wells, Jules Verne, Aldous Huxley, Vonnegut, Bill Bryson, Hemingway.
“I can never read all the books I want; I can never be all the people I want and live all the lives I want. I can never train myself in all the skills I want. And why do I want? I want to live and feel all the shades, tones and variations of mental and physical experience possible in my life. And I am horribly limited.” - Sylvia Path
