About Me

CURRENT MISSION

make things happen

PHILOSOPHY

I'm borderline obsessed with Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu, and believe that humility and forgiveness are the keys to a better world.

I work for a human rights org.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My old group house, known as The Communiverse, used to host CSers occasionally, and I always enjoyed it. I also attended a few CS meetups and events in DC.

I've never surfed myself, but will need to in 2014 and am looking forward to it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was evacuated from the top of Table Mountain due to high winds. I took the last tram down, along with a drunken German birthday party and a group of singing high school students. On the way down we all sang "Lean on Me" while watching the sunset over Camps Bay.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmm. I'm really good at math. I can fix computers and stuff like that. I'm generally pretty handy and crafty. I'm proud of my Thai cooking.
