Hello Everyone! I'm a guy who likes to go on adventures... I like them the most when they are unexpected & impulsive... As the last few years I'm trying to step out of my comfort zone a little bit. There is so much left for me to explore as the only true long distance travelling I did was a 2 week trip to Hawaii in 2016... Ever since I made it my goal to visit as much places as possible, alone or together with friends... And since I got to know about this website: why not together with locals? Must be an awesome experience!

What can I tell more... I'm a business analyst at DHL European Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium where I'm in touch with a lot of people from all over the world. This only feeds my desire for travelling I guess :-)

I have one main hobby: creating (filming & editing) videos! This can be travel videos, weddings, aftermovies of big company events, or just very random stuff... My passion!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Simple: the experience... Must be very nice to get in touch with locals, people who are opening up to you, ideal to share experiences and get to know the place a lot better. And of course there is the fact that this is free, which could be very helpful to visit places which are very expensive... It could have saved me a lot when I was in Hawaii last year!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One day I was very dreamy at work... I was imagining being at the beach where Lost was filmed back in 2004-2010... Instead of keeping my remaining holidays for what I had them planned I just booked a ticket to Oahu the same day... To stay there 2 weeks, all by myself. This impulsive behaviour caused me some trouble with my wallet and my (now ex) girlfriend but that was nothing compared to the great experience I had!
