I'm an introvert latvian dedicated to culture, cinema and pleasant conversations. I love to laugh a lot and consider myself to have a great sense of humour.
I work as an Erasmus+ coordinator at the Latvian Academy of Culture, thus I meet a lot of foreign students daily, however, I would love to travel more myself.
I'm married and have a little son at home, so accepting guests would be hard at the moment, however, i'm open to meeting new people and sharing best spots in Riga.

For a shy person like me it is sometimes hard to approach new people. Couchsurfing gives the opportunity to get to know new people, as well as their culture.

Interests

The perfect night in for me includes a film, a beer and a good company to chat about the film.
I love second-hand shops and flea markets as those are the most special things that are one of a kind.
As a person from the field of culture, I also like to visit museums, art galleries and local antique book shops.
When my son was born I also strated to think more about the food my family is consuming, I started to buy from local organic farmers and cook everything instead of buying everything ready.
