The reason it says "Couchsurf requests replied to 0%" is because I just recently got back into CS after a hiatus.

Northern California born and raised. I have lived up and down the west coast following music. Inspired by cultures, music and the land. Open to any ideas, thoughts and perceptions. Enjoy what there is to be seen. Plain and simple.

I am recently back into CS after a couple year hiatus due to not having a good place to host. But I am ready and willing to finally start meeting new people and showing them the new city I live in. Portland, OR!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I found CS back in 2007/2008 when I was planning a backpacking trip through Newfoundland. I have hosted for many people from all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some of the most amazing people from CS over the years. I CS in throughout Japan and Canada. I stayed with a family in Yamanashi, Japan on a peach farm and got home made sushi! Also met an amazing woman in Osaka and stayed with her for a few nights. (She eventually came and stayed with me when visiting Seattle) While living in Seattle I hosted 6 Brazilians on a school trip up the west coast. That was a whirlwind of good times. I have met some good friends from this community of which I still speak to a lot of them.

Cultural exchange, music, sociological understanding. I am a sponge for knowledge. I play in a celtic/folk/pop duo called Promise the Moon. I love music and am currently changing my life directions and focusing solely on my music.

I really like B rated horror or Si Fi but anything will do.

I am an acoustic guitar player. I love anything that incorporates acoustic instruments. I listen to Celtic, Jazz, Americana, Folk, Rock, Metal (yes, metal)... but my heart is in singer-songwriters.
