My name is Brandie and I am from San Diego, California. I am a part time social media manager and part time barista. Travel is one of my favorite things to do! I love new experiences, learning about different cultures and meeting people all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I studied abroad in Dublin, Ireland at UCD in 2016 and had downloaded couchsurfing then! My brother couchsurfed jn Europe when I was little and it was something I looked forward to doing when I studied abroad! I couchsurfed in Germany, then my friend and I got cancelled on in Amsterdam but went to a couchsurfers meetup and found someone to stay with there!

Love couchsurfing and always recommend it to friends because it’s such a fun way to meet people, and truly see a city through a local’s eyes which is very important to me when traveling!

Interests

I love coffee and every new city I go to I must find a nice cup of coffee at a cute cafe. Absolutely love the beach, and reading.
