Overview
About Me
A twenty-something year old guy living in Montreal, Quebec. Celtic musician, studying aviation, and love traveling, hiking, meeting new people, enjoying new cultures and filling up my life with interesting experiences. Love coming back from a trip, having done things which make me say "can't believe I actually did that".
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that the whole "don't talk to strangers" thing we're raised to believe as children needs to stop. Couchsurfing, to me, rids the world of that, and builds long lasting international and local ties with complete strangers. I really value the new friendships i've built by sleeping on a stranger's couch.
Interests
Though I have many interests in life, my main passion is the bagpipes. I play the pipes for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and am head over heels in love with it, and everything about it. I'm an enormous music junkie. My day wouldn't feel complete without listening to lots and lots of it. In the summer I board across the city, go disconnect from the city in the woods, and have a penchant for forests, trees, nature and everything wild and green.

Music, Movies, and Books
Huge movie buff, so, who has the time to list all of them?
As far as music goes, I'm really into everything. Indie, electro, folk etc.
Philosophy, existentialism, fantasy! Huge Tolkien fan!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think the most incredible thing i've done was skydive, at 13000 feet above the North Shore of Oahu.
Also on the list is hiking to the top of Ben Nevis in Scotland in 2008.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you all about aviation, tell you how to pilot an aircraft, teach you some French, show you some basic guitar, and maybe show you the basics of bagpiping.
But i'm a sponge for new experiences and skills!
