Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to the couch surfing game! Looking to have a more organic experience in a foreign city than staying in a secluded hotel on my own. Staying with people who actually live in the city or country I'm visiting and speak the language, are familiar with the culture and hot spots seems like a more exciting experience.
