I am a 39 year old father of two. They live with their mother but are the best things in my life. I have a background in aviation sheet metal, went to school for it and worked it for about 15 years, although i havent worked on airplanes in about two years. I am a jack of all trades and enjoy many different things including, camping, mechanical work, biking, socializing, all outdoor activities, art, painting, i am also a tattoo artist although i do only a few a month these days, spraypaint sidewalk art, closeup magic, primitive living, and traveling. I am setting off on biking from my home in southern louisiana to california and up to Seattle where I used to work and Live, on june 21st, 2016 so i will be looking for hosts along the southern tier route. As well as california, oregon, and washington...I enjoy meeting new people and learning as well as teaching.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My reason for being on COUCHSURFING is I am going on a bike ride from Southern Louisiana to California up to Seattle leaving june 21st 2016 to raise awareness for the homeless in america lending my help along the way to ANYONE who might need it. so far it's been awesome i a have biked 1400 miles through 5 states and running into a "roadblock" in Denver being stranded there for the last 40 days but i have acquired all necessary paperwork and id's to resume the ride and that's exactly what i'm gonna do. I am Leaving Denver on Sept. 29th, period. I will be dealing with much colder climate than i had originally planned so i will be planning on couchsurfing as much as possible, any help on a spot in your garage, or a couch to crash on and maybe a shower means everything and is much appreciated. thanks again,

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmmmmmm, well im proud of a few, been a lot of places and met a lot of cool people and did a lot of cool things. Besides being the coolest dad ever, id have to say starting a fire with two sticks recently after trying so long, years, was a pretty big accomplishment, FOR ME AT LEAST........lol.......sometimes its the small things!
