Hello, my name is Brandon! (I also spell it as “Brandin")

I have been traveling abroad on and off for 10 years and can’t seem to stop! On my trips I enjoy hiking, street photography, coffee, street food, classical music concerts, museums, and more. (I’ve mostly stayed in hostels on my travels, but I’d like to start surfing!)

Professionally I work as a freelance musician, often in a touring capacity. I began the violin when I was 10, and at the age of 24 switched to the viola. I've toured America with the hit broadway show Dear Evan Hansen, and have also toured with bands including Hawthorne Heights and Escape the Fate. Prior to the pandemic I worked for the Holland America cruise line and had the opportunity to visit many remote and interesting places. As an orchestral player I've performed regularly with the Nashville and Hartford symphony orchestras.
