Fun-loving, adventure-seeking guy born and raised in the northern burbs of Chicago. I moved to Columbia, MO with some friends when I was 18 and figured out college wasn't really my thing at the time. I have worked many different jobs from box office at a concert venue to barista at a coffee shop, and many others. Wanting to help others, I began my career in public safety at age 19 as a live-in firefighter and later went onto become a police officer at 21. I have worked in law enforcement for almost six years and am ready for a change. I'm in the process of selling most of my belongings in preparation for my first backpacking trip. I leave 12/30/2021 with a one way ticket to Bangkok and want to travel as far and long as possible. Not sure what profession I'll pursue next but I'm fiercly passionate about traveling, love to immerse myself in other cultures, meet new people, go out with friends, crack jokes, and laugh a lot. I'm extremely excited to meet other travelers/locals and see all this beautiful world has to offer.
