Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Traveling in Europe just trying to explore more of the world and make some cool friends along the way.
ABOUT ME
Wow. Seems overwhelming to try to fit myself into this small white box. Generally, I'd rather just hang out at a pub or cafe and tell you about myself over a cold beer or hot cup of coffee.
PHILOSOPHY
Whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, excellent, worthy of praise, think about these things. Seek justice, love mercy and walk humbly with your God.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Well I'm new to couch surfing...so don't have much experience to offer, but I love the idea of hospitality and hosting travelers with kindness and grace to help them feel welcome in a foreign place. I love the idea of sharing that gift with a global community and allowing people to grow and learn and build friendships as they see and experience more of the world, having their eyes opened and mind enlightened. Plus I gave the CS optional donation...that counts for something right?
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Couchsurfed in Northern Italy - Venice and Lago di Gardi...That was my first experience and it was great. I'd love to get more involved with the community and see new places and meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books
See about me section. I could talk all day about these things. I have been listening to The Tallest Man on Earth this morning and the last movie I saw that I enjoyed was this documentary on mountain gorillas if that helps at all. I typically like film, literature, music that challenges the audience and forces you to ask deeper questions about your self and the world around you. But then again, I'll never turn down an invitation to watch Nacho Libre so...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Looked out over the top of Africa at sunrise on my birthday this year after climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest free-standing mountain in the world.
