About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To enjoy each and everyone's life story as best I can.

ABOUT ME

I love Couchsurfing. I've been on this for about 6 years now, having begun as a guest in Asia (Singapore and Mongolia) in the summer of the 2015. Since then, I have hosted somewhere between 10-15 Couchsurfers here in Indianapolis.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy hosting just as much if not more than being a guest.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed with a few wonderful hosts in Singapore and Mongolia in the summer of 2015. Later in the Winter of 2016/17, I stayed with some hosts in Monaco and Ljubljana. Once, I even stayed the night with a nice couple in Ft. Wayne, Indiana because I had a doctor appointment. CS is great!

Interests

Literature, foreign languages, travel, disc golf, music (playing and enjoying), people in general (esp. the most interesting, sincere, and unique), ginger ale, NBA basketball, the list goes on...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Electronic/EDM, Latino folk styles and other mainstream styles, Big Band, classic American country, and a smattering of other pop/alternative/Indie delights.

Movies: Blues Brothers, Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, El Secreto de Sus Ojos (Argentine), Fargo, There Will Be Blood, Hell or High Water

Books: Anything by Herman Melville, Moliere, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Kurt Vonnegut, C.S. Lewis, Jules Verne, and H.G. Wells really

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Summited Cotopaxi, 2nd-highest mountain in the Ecuadorian Andes range (5,897 meters above sea level).

Also, I hit 16 European countries in 34 days. That was quite the exhilarating experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

Not sure what to put here...but I have done a fair share of teaching at a variety of schools and universities!
