Overview
About Me
After a lifetime of living in the same place, I'm finally feeding my wanderlust. Filled with bad jokes and a warm smile, I'm eager to see what the world has to offer.
Having me as a house guest you'll learn I'm more than just a friendly face. I have many interesting hobbies including jewelry making and even breakdancing. I enjoy sharing and teaching my hobbies to others, and I'm always happy to make somebody else's life a little bit richer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Like many people here, I got the itch to travel, but I'm hardly wealthy. This means even staying at a hostel can get expensive quickly. Also, I want to meet amazing people who can show me their little corner of the world.
Interests
This list is long and changes constantly, but some hobbies I may or may not be doing right now are: breakdancing, holistic medicine, sewing, cooking, video games, reading, medieval reenactment, writing, storytelling, board games, fencing, walking, dog obedience, and mediating,

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Mumford and Sons, Of Monsters and Men, Cascada, Lindsey Sterling. A general variety of Folk, Blue Grass, Trance, Happy Hardcore, Europop, and Jazz.
Movies: Anything by Hayao Miyazaki ( Such as Spirited Away) or Joss Whedon (Marvel Movies). Most Pixar movies. I've also enjoyed a few random gems like Cashback, Wanted, and Paprika.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Probably my biggest accomplishment thus far has probably been that I wrote a self-help book. I don't consider it amazing, but it's definitely a testament to my willpower and discipline that I actually completed it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know some Japanese and can teach a little or a lot on just about any of the hobbies/interests I've listed. I'm also quite good at providing people with life guidance or teaching people how to better provide guidance for others (This mostly comes from my experience as a life coach).
In terms of learning, I'm basically a sponge. If you have something you'd like to teach or share with me, I'm probably happy to learn. Aside from that, bring your playfulness and spontaneity.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you my hobbies and help you practice your English. I may make you a beautiful bracelet or two. I may even cook for you!
