HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been traveling around for the past four years. It all started with a band I joined in Fairbanks, Alaska called, "The Scurvies." We used to go on tour down in the states and meet all kinds of cool people and stay with them while we were in town. I ended up meeting some really amazing people that way, and I realized that traveling and meeting people was a good way to learn about what people think and pass on valuable information to other people along the way. Traveling has probably been the most influential thing in my entire life. Now I am currently traveling around Australia and plan to settle down for some time in Newcastle. My and my girlfriend are going to focus our energys on getting settled, writing, and hosting other travelers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to play in an old school punk rock and roll band. I met alot of people in anarchist communities and stayed at quite a few anarchist collectives. those were my first experiences and since then I've just tried to collect more and more knowledge about couch surfing, which has led me to this site.
