I think this is a fantastic idea. I think a life well travelled is a life well lived. I’ve never understood people who travel to far off places and stay in five star resorts and NEVER SEE THE PLACE THEYRE VISITING. All you need is a place to sleep and the rest of your time should be spent exploring.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For options. I work for a major airline so I can fly cheap. I’ve developed a love for travel and the less I have to spend (single mother) the better. And I think knowing the locals is the best way to experience a new place
