ABOUT ME

Besides many other interests I love travelling. One of my bigger trips was long-term journey from Czech Republic to New Zealand which I started in may 2013. During this journey I visited about 19 countries which took me over 1year 9months. My next stop was New Zealand where I spent 15 amazing months working and travelling. After that followed Australia for 3 months and then Vietnam. I finished this big journey in october 2016. Ireland for was next destination for another 15 months and from march 2018 I moved to Canada. Currently living and working in Vancouver, BC.

My perfect vacation would be to take few essential things to survive, going to the mountains, hiking in the forests and connecting with all the nature around and enjoying inner peace...thats freedom

PHILOSOPHY

"Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the wise. Seek what they sought." (Basho) I think this quote represents what I'm looking for in life. Getting to the essence of things is what fascinates me. Besides that I'm an easygoing person who laughs often and enjoys every day life :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have any direct Couchsurfing experience yet, but I like the idea of the project.

travelling, nature, mountains, photography, raw food, languages, history, voleyball,squash, snowboarding

I'm a sportsman and would describe myself an adventurer. If there's any hidden cave, challenging track or new places to be explored. Im all in.

I do all kinds of sports and my personal favourite is running. I've done couple of triathlons and one Ironman.

maybe my long-term travel taking 1 year 9 months and visiting about 19 countries on the way. It was great but I wouldn't limit myself to just one thing. I'm looking forward to what's coming next
