Help CS project to improve this global travelers community, trough give them advices, couch and roof. To make their journey longer, pleasent and enriching.

ABOUT ME

For now I can´t be able to travel around the world, that´s why I invite you, traveler, to bring me a piece of your world, in return I will try to make you to enjoy and to learn about my place, city and country. I am a very lucky person, my family and friends are great, I'm studying on one of the most important Universities (UNAM), chemistry is part of our everyday life. I try to take the opportunities around me (CS for example). [You can find me on Facebook as Bruno Pulido]I like swim or bike, health is my most valuable gift. I need plants or nature close to me, I like to transport me with my own strength. Sometimes I travel in my city as a tourist. Also I am an empirical actor, and some friends and I create a Theatrical Company called "Los Tripulantes".Living in this country I learned to see very deeply before take any action, what does motivates people to do what they do, how do so many people can live together, how do we mix traditions with innovations, without losing our identity.

PHILOSOPHY

In this ship called Earth, there are not tourists, everyone is part of the crew.
I spend my time trying to understand why do we are in this way, and how we can change that, when it´s needed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the experience and cultural exchange purposes, anyone is welcome, but for security reasons there are some requirements, We will appreciate if you could show us your passport or ID and give us an emergency number to help you just in case.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted around 55 people, I've assisted to several CS meetings, and organized a camping to Iztaccihuatl, and the quorum was around 27 couchsurfers. I have recieved notifications from the CS groups to know if I could help someone. Couch surfing is a mine of experience and chances, When someone told me about this website, I thought that this was gonna be one of the greatest ideas I ever heard.

Interests

I really like to bike anywhere because, the most of the time, is the fastest, cheapest way to move. I don't appreciate crowds or parties and I prefer silence and quiet places. I like history and geography. I do not like go to nightclubs or have a night party life. To talk with my family and friends is quite important to me. When I travel, I always try to save money and avoid luxury, I'm looking to see things that most of the time people do not see.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel by bike to the sea, just another friend and I, without any experienced coach and planning everything by ourself, we did this twice, the first time from Mexico City to Tlacotalpan, Veracruz, the second, from Mexico City to Catemaco, Veracruz, that time, we lost the way, and we were trapped a couple of days in the jungle (Los Tuxtlas Veracruz), suddenly we find with Don Juan, and he invited us to his ranch where we hear about his amazing life. Climb Iztaccihuatl (5286 masl). Spend some nights alone with minimum stuff in the forest of Mexico Valley (Desierto de los Leones, Dinamos, Ajusco).

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach matter structure class to undergraduate students at chemistry faculty, I perform science shows for children, also if you miss your chemistry class, We could spend all the noon talking about the matter mysteries.
