Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To hone my skills and get work in illustration and sign painting.
ABOUT ME
I really like to make things and explore. I speak Spanish, and even more so when I drink. I like to engage in a whole slew of activities that fit under the category "treasure hunting." I am slowly but surely removing myself from the grid.
In the summer of '09 I took a month long road trip. Sometimes I slept in my car, sometimes I stayed with friends, and sometimes I made new friends via couch surfing. I've been vlogging about the experience:

I make comics and illustrations and I travel and write for a feminist blog and the website The Letter Red. I have a cat and like weird old things, especially from the 50s & 60s. I own two globes. I own 5 sewing machines. I run events and am a big promoter of Troy, NY, so much so that I made a documentary about it: https://vimeo.com/77845086
PHILOSOPHY
On acquiring skills: someday you won't suck, but you have to be okay with sucking for a while.
