About Me
I'm a musician and student -- going back for a second degree in the fall for Education. I love exploring the outdoors, taking in live music, hiking, reading, eating anything chocolate and laughing with friends. I'm looking to learn something new, meet awesome people and do cool things!

Music, Movies, and Books
Right now I'm finishing Do Not Say We Have Nothing by Madeleine Thein. It's amazing. Other all-time favourite books include East of Eden, poetry by Mary Oliver and All About Love by bell hooks.
These days I'm listening to The Staves, Shostakovich, Prokofiev, Royal Canoe, Sylvan Esso, Joni Mitchell and Rachmaninoff.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watched a thunderstorm sweep through the city from a lookout on the river.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm curious and generally interested in what makes people excited about being alive. If you have some cooking skills, teach me to cook! I love eating and making food and then sitting around with good people for some good conversation. Or if you dance, I'm very into learning new dance moves. I'm not very skilled but I enjoy it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you want, I can teach you some piano skills! I can also cook some tasty gluten-free pancakes or cookies.
