ABOUT ME

when i describe my self...
you see i am middle aged. 44 years old. i guess the fact that i have my wife LEA,(who is currently trying to finish her doctoral degree in UP). and 3 kids. 16, 14 and 4 years old says more about my lifestyle than anything else i can think of. they define me. i love the wife and kids. next to that i would say that we love to travel as a family. and hope to see more of this world.

PHILOSOPHY

life is to short to be mad, forgive, and love instead...
though i am not perfect,.. i don't pretend to be. i have many faults, but isn't it true of all of us?... isn't the internet grand? why didn't it come sooner in my life time? ho hum.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

my first real CS experience was on April 20 '08. Thanks to Natasha S. i met a whole lot of CS people in HCMC. It was so good that i made a good friend with Hans Rubi, I have enjoyed the "tourist" experience and would want to share the CS experience to others if the would like to come to the Philippines. I have a room and a bed near our house (my mom's house actually)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not slept on a couch but have met and enjoyed my travel more because of the friends i met here at CS. May be in the future??

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I worked in the (now defunked) Philippine Refugee Processing Center in Morong Bataan. I taught CO (Culture Orientation) for 7 years. I lived and loved the students i had. this was my first job. and it was cool. Worked half the day and went to the beach the rest of the day. this was the life. now i will have the chance to practice the little Vietnamese i know.
