About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

I'm a Teacher, a chef, a Martial Artist, a scuba diver, cpr instructor, a sailor, and most importantly food traveler. UPDATE: Im taking a break from working as an Educator. I so desperately want to be a student again. Gusto ko ng arral ang tagalog and also what life has to teach me while I am here in the Pearl Of the Orient.

PHILOSOPHY

Over the years I have acquired a lot of personal philosophies, the one the sticks in my mind right now. Do what makes you happy, while being considerate of other peoples feelings and their own philosophy. Respect the Earth, respect your body, and respect others.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music, well anything that carries a great beat, it all depends on what kind of mood im in. I dont really care for the lyrics as long as the beat is nice. Im speaking from an ex-drummer, thats why i think that way.

I love reading books, I can spend a whole day at a nice bookstore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Canada's Rocky Mountains and Niagara Falls, an amazing powerful view. The Northern lights in my city, amazing natural beauty at night.

Surfing in La Crucita, Mexico: show respect to the waters and it will respect you.

Total Blackout in Jamaica: I never seen so many stars in the sky.

Performing in Las Vegas: A completely different world on its own, its hard to fathom that man made everything in vegas.

Working as a Divemaster in South Korea: You really get to know and develop a sense of power of the ocean.

Sailing in Korea, Mexico, and Jamaica: I love sailing, so relaxing yet sometimes challenging. Being able to read the winds, and sail your boat to your destination is quite a skill that im still learning.

I think it doesnt matter what youve seen or done as along as it has an amazing impact on your life that makes you never forget that moment. There are several moments that I have, and yet all are uniquely different emotions.

Teach, Learn, Share

What can i teach you? hmmmmm For ten years I used to be a Sushi Chef, maybe I can teach you some Japanese Cuisine or maybe cook for you (I love to do both by the way). Over the years I have collected a handful of recipes that I have learned during my travels. At the moment my specialties include, Japanese, Filipino, Vietnamese, some mexican, some Jamaican, some Korean, and of course North American.

Im kinda like a Jack of all trades, here are some other things that i dabble in, if you want to learn. Martial Arts, Piano, Photography, Salsa, snowboarding, Scuba Diving, and CPR. I hope one of these sparks your interest.

Countries I’ve Visited

India, Jamaica, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
