Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A few years ago, I went to Italy for a geology field trip. The intention was for me and my friend to CS in Rome and in Paris. We didn't have enough time to set up locations due to lack of internet at our field site. However, now that I am stable, I would love to give back to CS.

An almost experience in both Rome and Paris would have made this experience more exciting!

Interests

I enjoy watching movies, playing with my pets, reading, but most of my time is spent at school.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - sappy RomComs, but also love musicals, dramas, comedies, action (wide range)

Music- Not gonna lie, I love country and pop. I get so much judgement from others for country, I don't know why it has such a stigma. I grew up listening to it and it brings comfort to my life! But, don't worry, I won't force you to listen!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As mentioned before, I was in Italy for a geology field trip. Before Italy, I had never traveled the world, nor left the United States, but we had a tough day. We hiked up a mountain and I was dehydrated but determined to make it through the day. Towards the top of the mountain, I fell and scraped my knee, I thought I reached the end of my trip. But, I cleaned myself up and kept going. I got to the top with the rest of my group and saw the most breath-taking sight I ever saw. It may be simple to others, but I knew I was where I was supposed to be in my life. I was meant to be in Italy at that time, I was meant to travel. Everything felt right in the world in that moment.
