À propos de moi
CURRENT MISSION
To explore the globe enjoying the company of many wonderful creatures along the way. Human connection is always my perogative.
ABOUT ME
Satisfying the hearts desires with unquenchable curiosity.
PHILOSOPHY
My aim for the present and future is to live with fewer restraints, less doubts and no regrets. To minimize uninspiring work indoors, embrace my love affair with dirt and the land, to exchange skills and stories for goods and vice versa, to grab opportunities with both hands and to simply enjoy going where the wind takes me.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I'm up for anything that breaks down the barriers that keep people apart.
Open doors, open hearts :)
Centres d'intérêt
Most of my studies have been in nutritional medicine and I'm extremely passionate about cooking and the relationship we have to the food we consume, in particular the inevitable nurturing and togetherness the two shall bring. My love of the culinary world stems from it's ability to nourish, heal and connect us. As a food and nutrition trainer for Jamie's Ministry of Food over the last couple of years, I have put that passion to good practice.
I love plants and yoga and endeavour to start each day with a little bit of both. I'm happiest outdoors, I have a keen interest in wildlife and the natural world. I'm not so hung up on screens and bright lights, but am learning to pause in appreciation for the modern touches.
Music is one of my greatest interests, it is the language of us all. I don't always speak it fluently but my comprehension is out of sight ;)
To put it more succinctly; I enjoy good food, tea, whisky, books, music and kindness.
