About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get out, get moving!

ABOUT ME

I've graduated from college with a BS and now I'm out of the US hoping to see more of the world! I'm pretty laid back, I think, but I'm always up for an adventure. I believe that one of the best ways to experience life is with other people. I'm always interested in meeting new faces and doing new things.

English is my first language, German my second. Growing up in Arizona, USA I also picked up some Spanish. I want to learn more!

Right now I'm in Borneo, Indonesia. Next stop: who knows?

PHILOSOPHY

It's all about the people you meet.

That in a person which cannot be domesticated is not his evil but his goodness ---Antonio Porchia

Interests

I'm into science, generally, but I'm constantly exploring the borderlands where science and spirituality meet.

I also love to sketch, play guitar, sing (though I'm really shy about it), dance, and explore my artistic side.

Back in the US I rode my bike often and did lots of rock climbing. Now I'm more of a walking sort of girl. I'm always up for meeting outdoorsy people to kick my butt into gear!

Music, Movies, and Books

With books, I'm big on that mysticism/symbolism mixed in with reality kind of stuff.

As for music, some of my favorite groups are: Rodrigo y Gabriela, Sonic Youth, M.I.A., Maserati, Ratatat, Aphex Twin, Daft Punk, Manu Chao, Devendra Banhart, Al Green, Belle and Sebastian, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done to date was to move out of America. Hands down. First it was Germany, now I'm in Indonesia, and I have no idea where I'll go next.

Amazing things seen? There have been too many to count!

Teach, Learn, Share

I've got a science background if you're into that. I can also play some music on the guitar. I took a welding class once.... I'm sure if we sit down to a conversation I'll rediscover more abilities to share!

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, France, Germany, Indonesia, Mexico, Singapore

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, Indonesia, United States
